Introduction

  • We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services. To this end, TikWave.co has instituted a clear and fair refund policy that outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all subscribers of our services.

7-Day Full Refund Guarantee

  • All new subscribers to TikWave.co have a 7-day grace period from the date of subscription. During this time, subscribers can evaluate our services, and if for any reason they are not satisfied, they are eligible to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund of the subscription fee, no questions asked.

Process of Claiming the 7-Day Full Refund

  • Contact our support team at support@tikwave.co within the first 7 days of subscription.
  • Include your TikTok username, email address as well as the Order ID sent to you after purchasing the Tikwave the subscription.
  • Once you sent us a request for a refund, we will immediately cancel your subscription. A refund will be issued and it takes on average 5-8 business days for the funds to be credited back to your bank account.

Performance Guarantee

  • At TikWave.co, we are confident in our ability to deliver results. We promise a minimum number of followers as outlined in the package overview on our website. The minimum follower numbers we promise within 30 days are as following for each of the packages:
  • - Basic: 1,000 Followers
  • - Pro: 1,800 Followers
  • - Elite: 2,600 Followers
  • If we fail to meet delivering this number of followers within 30 days, subscribers are eligible for a full refund under our performance guarantee.If you decide to claim this refund, we have the right to cancel your subscription to Tikwave and block you from resubscribing to the service. We do this to protect ourselves from abuse.

Conditions for Claiming Performance Guarantee

  • The claim must be made within the first 30 days of subscription.
  • Subscribers need to contact our support team at support@tikwave.co and provide evidence that the promised performance threshold was not met.
  • Refunds under the performance guarantee are not applicable after the subscription enters the second month. We assume subscribers who continue with the service into the second month are satisfied with the performance.

Exceptions

  • The performance guarantee is void in cases of force majeure events or instances beyond our control, such as changes in TikTok's algorithm, policies, or unexpected technical issues. Moreover, please note that there is a delay of 24- 48 hours of followers showing up in analytics. So we do allow ourselves a 48 hour grace period beyond the 30 days to give your TikTok analytics sufficient time to update.

General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made.
  • It may take up to a certain number of business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
